Your organization will be able to place an unlimited amount of the candidates we source for you through the HR Maximizer© subscription based plan. We source all interested candidates in our network and the qualified ones are sent to you. Any hires resulting from the candidates are included in your subscription unless you have opted for any additional services.
This program is appropriate for all organizations with an existing HR department that has the human resources available to facilitate the entire HR process except they need help finding or sourcing candidates for their hardest-to-fill positions.

Each credit in the plan allows the client to have up to one job advertised and sourced through our network at any given time. We source applicants and pre-screen according to your specifications. We automatically send you all interested and qualified candidates, however you can see the full report for any and all CV’s for candidates that have applied to your position upon request. We offer unlimited resume screenings for applicants.
Available Subscription Services in Chronological order:
1. Post your job opportunity throughout our extensive network. It will be posted on our main website in addition to dozens of other jobsites in our network. Social media outlets including Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, and many more will also be utilized.
2. We review and screen all applicants initially by resume and setup initial phone-screens
3. Conduct initial phone-screens with interested candidates based on HR’s direction. HR may stipulate certain questions to be answered when submitting CV’s
4. We create a customized list of up to 100 targeted passive candidates with HR’s desired title(s)
5. We craft and send a message with HR’s approval to all the targeted candidates announcing their position.
6. Conduct initial phone-screens with interested passive candidates before sending to HR.
HR takes the candidate from this point forward and completes the recruitment process. HR may see all candidates who applied on demand in addition to a monthly pipeline report that lists all candidates in the pipeline, their match rating and current status.
